Subject: Introducing Sciware - A new service being developed by CIT

The Division of Computer System Services, CIT, is testing a new network-
 based service called ÒSciwareÓ. Sciware is a new concept that provides a
 variety of scientific software directly to your Mac OS X,Ê
 Windows, and Unix computers.ÊÊ No downloading or installation ofÊ
 software is required.Ê Just connect your computer to Sciware and then run
 any of its many scientific software applications on your computer.

 Image processing applications are currently available on Sciware
 include:Ê AFNI, Analyze, Analyze AVW, CinePaint, Gimp, ImageJ,
 ImageMagick, Imaris, Imread, iRad, MIPAV, MRIcro, NeuroLens, OpenDX,
 OsiriX, SUMA, and TomoVision.
